If your having problems with E-Practice Record, please look at the following;

1) Are you mis-typing your username / password?

Remember...it is in "Lower Case"

2) If *I* gave your child their username / password...then it will be;

Username = Last name and then the first letter of the first name (i.e. burtonr)

Password = boothband

Have your child see me if this doesn't work.
