ORDERS FOR THE 2011/12 SEASON HAS CLOSED. WE CAN NO LONGER EXCEPT ORDERS FOR THIS YEAR.

 

Welcome to the JC Booth M.S. Band's online Luminary Order Form.

Please note that a student will be contacting you 24 to 48 hours after the submission of this order. One of our students will come by your residence to get payment for your order. The student will leave a receipt at that time for your order. The start date for luminary delivery will be Nov. 13th. Please note the student number on your information sheet. WE MUST have that number. That "number" refers back to a student in our band. This is for our student's safety. A parent will accompany the student to receive payment and also during the delivery process.
