Let's light up Peachtree City!
Once again, it is time for the annual Booth Band Luminary Sales.

You will be selling kits of 6 luminaries for $4.50 per kit. Each kit contains 6 bags, 6 long-burning votive candles and sand.

Proceeds from the sale benefit the band as well as the individual student. This is an easy sale since so many Peachtree City residents put out luminaries during the holiday season. So, go out and sell, sell, sell! Each student is required to sell at least 2 kits or they will have to pay $10 as a donation to the band.

The sale runs between now and Monday, Oct.6. Kits will need to be picked up on the night of Friday, Nov. 14 and the morning of Saturday, Nov. 15, at the Booth Middle School lunchroom.

What you need to know

Write your name and phone number at the top of each sheet and on each individual order section and each individual receipt - in blue or black ink. (Please do not use other colors or pencil because they do not copy well).

Your customer fills out his/her part of the ticket - in blue or black ink.

Give your customer a receipt that has been provided -- fill in the information.

Collect all money at the time of the sale.

You have one collection envelope for collecting your money and checks.

Have all checks made payable to you (your parent or guardian). You will need to deposit all checks and cash into a personal account and give us one check from you, made payable to Booth Band Boosters. (This is a change from previous years.)

When you are through selling, carefully total all orders and money collected and complete the front of the envelope. Please include your phone number so we can contact you if there are any questions.

You will turn in your envelope with all information on the front completed and:

1) One check from you, made payable to Booth Band Boosters.

2) Order pages uncut. Be sure your name is at the top of each page and on each individual order.

If you finish selling before the October 31 deadline, you may turn in your envelope, check and order pages early. 

Cash prizes will be awarded to the top sellers - $100 to the No. 1 seller, $75 to No. 2 seller, and $25 to the top seller of each band class. A student can receive only one prize. Thank you in advance for your help with this great fund-raiser for the band.
